Auto Shutdown pbm?

I have encounter auto shutdown problem for so many months and send to IBM services center thrice. But they keep saying, there is nothing wrong with my laptop. I asked them how u checked my laptop. They said they used their H/W to check and no problem with my laptop. Of course, they were using their H/W that's why. After that, they didn't do anything and send back to me. The auto shut down pbm is still on going and I am so fed up with it .

Could anybody give me suggestion on this issue?

Hi Charles,

I have IBM ThinkPad laptop. Once I experienced this Shutdown problem.
Maximum Shutdown problems come with Virus and Operating System.
I changed my laptop OS and till now I’m not facing any problem with my laptop.
Try like this once and solve ur problem……..!
